    As part of AIBL’s Analytical team reporting to Chief Information Officer/Head of CMIS, this position is responsible for developing, improving and maintaining analytical techniques, systems and data for the bank.

  • The position requires exceptional technical skills to work under limited supervision and in a team environment.
  • The team member should be able to work effectively with other functional areas, assisting the AIBL’s MIS team in setting and monitoring revenue and sales targets, expense budgets, and KPI's in line with business strategy.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience working with and designing business systems capable of delivering top tier analytics and insight.
  • Project management skills and experience in financial and managerial reporting and forecasting are required.
  • The capability to write complicated PL/SQL and an understanding of database concepts is mandatory as is the ability to program using an object oriented language such as Visual Basic or .Net.
  • The candidate should also be an expert level user of Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
