Job Description / Responsibility
  • The job requires the qualities of collecting funds from various individual and institutions or corporate bodies under the various Deposit Schemes offered by the Company and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
  • Pro-actively search, develop and engage into new customer relationships.
  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Manage existing & potential customers via personal sales visits.
  • Provide daily performance feedback to Head of Treasury & Branch Management.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as when require.

Educational Requirements
    The prospective candidates should be graduate (B.A/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ B.B.A) in any discipline, preferably Business/ Commerce with equivalent University Degree from any recognized university having no 3rd class in academic record.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Corporate Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Public Relation
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Insurance, Investment/Merchant Banking, Leasing
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 35 year(s)
  • The candidate should be Self motivated, dynamic and target / market oriented;
  • He/she should have clear verbal communication skill;
  • Pleasant personality, confident, sincere, intelligent & pro-active;
  • Good interpersonal skills & well mannered with positive attitude towards clients;
  • The Candidates for all the posts should have sound and practical working experience in Computers Operations;
  • Ability to work hard under pressure and willingness to accept challenges;
  • The above conditions may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidate(s).
