Job Description / Responsibility
  • Participate and contribute in the development of branch business prepare plan/budget to achieve business target and remain accountable in delivery of the plan.
  • Launch appropriate initiatives to achieve agreed yearly targets by ensuring quality of business through compliance.
  • Ensure high quality Branch Service at predefined Standard through quality customer service while ensuring staffs are courteous and responsive to customers.
  • Ensure staff acquire and maintain appropriate knowledge of relevant retail and commercial products.
  • Set sales goals and objectives and implement actions to achieve.
  • Monitor performance and conduct periodic sales meetings to evaluate and reinforce results against stated goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance of internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend credit proposals for approval of Head Office.
  • Represents the Bank in the community in a manner which maintains and expands friendly relationships with individuals, business persons, civic organizations and service clubs.
  • Ensure preparation and submission of monthly monitoring report to corporate office and other regulatory authority.
  • Ensure all internal and external audit recommendations are implemented.
  • Conduct in house development program by sharing and exchanging views, ideas and thoughts.
  • Lead, manage, motivate and develop Branch Team.
  • Communicate with the Head of SME/Retail Banking, other office managers, and appropriate staff personnel in order to integrate goals and activities.
  • Provide periodic reports

Educational Requirements
    MBA/ Masters from any recognized university without having 3rd class/division in any examination.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Branch Management
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 year(s)
  • Minimum 06 years banking service including 02 years as Head of Branch.
  • Sound knowledge in information technology.
  • Capable to provide quality customer service, maintain accuracy and follow all appropriate processes and procedures at all times in the related fields.
  • Ability to lead branch team.
  • Able to work in any place of the country.
  • Proficiency in both Bengali and English, written and spoken, is essential.
