  • Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and writing in Bengali and English Both
  • Must have software development experience
  • Must be able to understand and capture business requirements from customer
  • Should be able to write detailed usecases
  • Coordinate with software development and testing team
  • Work under the guidance of the Project Lead
  • Must be able to work under tight deadline

Educational Requirements
  • Any Two of below is must
  • Masters in any Subject
  • Java, J2EE, Struts (4 to 6 years experience), Oracle (Developer 6i, 11g R2)
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Programmer/Software Engineer, Software Implementation, Software Architect, System Analyst
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 year(s)
  • Experience working with new and existing software using incremental design and development strategies.
  • Domain knowledge on ERP is preferred
  • Domain knowledge on financial institutions will be an advantage
  • Should have experience project implementation end to end business cycle.
  • Must be a good team player
  • Must have strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • At least 4 years professional experience in software development
  • At least 1 years professional experience in system analysis

Salary Range
    Tk. 40000 - 50000
