Job Description / Responsibility
  • Functional Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the vision of IT process & functions and to translate the same to the team.
  • Ensure proper planning & implementation of the projects and update Line Manager on weekly/ monthly.
  • Ensure well maintaining of windows server i.e. file server, domain controller, antivirus etc. with the assistance of team members.
  • Ensure Workstations are properly managed & do trouble shooting with the assistance of team.
  • Vendor management
  • Managing networking products with the assistance of team.
  • Strong working knowledge on Linux aesthetics.
  • Managerial Responsibilities:
  • Setting realistic targets, monitoring & taking corrective steps for the team
  • Ensure all IT policies and procedures are implemented consistently and fairly
  • Reviewing all trackers, dashboards regularly
  • Analyzing team performance; identifying plans for improvements; and maintaining a track of the same.
  • Implementation and familiarization of IT Policies and processes
  • Conduct One on One to improve performance
  • Coordinating with the business heads on updating any process related change that might impact employees and then effectively implementing
  • Works with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure that both internal and external customers’ needs are met.
  • Coaches and mentors team members

  • At least 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    IT System Management, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, Project Manager (IT System), Security Management of IT System, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 year(s)
  • Additional Requirement:
  • MCSE certification is strongly desirable
  • Proven experience with MS Windows server operating system architecture and engineering, validated through at least 7 years of design and support.
  • At least 7 years of Active Directory hands on experience in a multi-site/multi-domain environment are required.
  • Strong experience with AD enterprise certificate services, rights management server, AD federation services, and identity manager.
