Job Description / Responsibility
  • Review Procurement Policy and practices of IDCOL’s Partner Organizations (POs);
  • Review financial transactions and accounting records of POs;
  • Review the activities of IDCOL partner organizations and ensure their compliance with Participation Agreement, Operating Guidelines and other rules and regulations imposed by IDCOL;
  • Perform field visit to review the branch level activities of POs;
  • Review the implementation status of OC meeting decisions, compliance with security documents and others;
  • Checks collection efficiency reports, cash memos, inventory and other pertinent documents of POs to identify potential discrepancies;
  • Conduct surprise audit as well as special investigation as and when required;
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities assigned from the management;
  • Prepares detailed reports on audit findings and submit to IDCOL management as and when required;
  • Job nature: Contractual (Initially the position will be offered for a period of two (2) years which can be renewed)

    CA CC with Master in Accounting.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age At most 35 year(s)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bengali and English.
  • Knowledge of Computerized accounting and record keeping system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
