Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsible for Network, Hardware & Security system design and analysis.
- Monitoring of Company IT infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain different Servers (e.g. Mail, Web, FTP, DNS, Windows, Database and Proxy etc.) and Operating Systems.
- Maintain different Softwares of the Company e.g. BankUltimus & Tally, Mbank, CIB & CDBL related Software.
- Troubleshooting – server, network, PC, Printer and UPS etc.
- Maintain and monitor Antivirus, CCTV, Fax, and Photocopier.
- Communicate with Software vendors and Internet Service Providers.
- Maintenance of Data/ Server Backup.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
- M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Engineering.
- CCNA will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology department of Banks/ Financial Institutions with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong communication skills and techno-functional leadership.
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Good leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a team.
- In depth knowledge on equipments related to network and hardware.
- Strong project management competency and negotiation skill.
- Be proactive, take initiative and innovative.
