Job Description / Responsibility
  • Client support: You will provide level 3 supports as in mobile applications to the clients
  • Troubleshooting and technical support: via phone, web based tools and email
  • Able to handle critical escalation issues from level2 support
  • Development support: Develop and/or test modules, wrappers and other extensions under Titanium Platform
  • Quality: Strive for constantly improve quality of support
  • Documentation: Author articles and tutorials for developers that demonstrate best practices and workarounds for common problems
  • Team work: Work closely with the other team

    BS/ MS in Computer Science/ CSE/ IT
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Support, Database Engineer/Database Programmer, Mobile apps developer, Programmer/Software Engineer
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service, Overseas Companies
Additional Job Requirements
  • Desired Experience
  • Titanium Certified (TC)
  • Minimum 3 yrs of experience in B2B technical support
  • Minimum 3 yrs of experience in programming in Javascript and SQL
  • Minimum 2 yrs of experience with native code
  • Minimum 3 yrs of experience in web development or mobile application development
  • You must be to write native code, for Android and IOs and be an expert Titanium developer with strong ability of programming in Javascript
  • Wider skills, experience and knowledge in web development and mobile application development
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Able to handle clients well at all time on the engagement
  • High communication skill: Written and Verbal both in Technical and Interpersonal
  • Self-motivated and passionate about great mobile applications on the most cutting edge mobile operating systems
  • Note: No need to apply if you do not have Titanium Certification and Minimum 3 Yrs of Experience in Mobile Apps Development.
