Job Description / Responsibility
  • Garments operations breakdown and implementation.
  • Arrange special machine, guide, folder, and attachment before start layout.
  • Doing PP meeting.
  • Reduce feeding time.
  • Increase Productivity by ensure job sharing & multi-skilling in layout time.
  • Doing capacity study/Time study.
  • Set up daily sewing target.
  • Balancing the line on the basis of utilization, output requirement, and shipment priority.
  • Special OP balancing in morning within all floor.
  • Making graph for critical & super critical style.
  • Solved bottleneck by production study, method study & work place reallocation.
  • Reduce Overtime by confirm tiffin list and etc.
  • Daily line wise Efficiency follow-up.
  • Input output balance check for Setting Target.
  • Skill inventory.
  • Operator assessment.

Educational Requirements
  • Industrial & Production Engineering from any public university.
  • Must have working experience on Industrial Engineering.

  • At least 3 year(s)
