Job Description / Responsibility
  • Analyze technical problems & assign right department or engineers to resolve the issue.
  • Conduct meeting with different technical teams in regular basis, record the status of the works and taking necessary actions accordingly.
  • Providing different spare parts and equipment to the support.
  • Manage inventory through software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Very good communication skills (Both in English & Bengali), literacy & organizational skills.
  • Technical: The role of the Service Desk Analyst is to provide the first point of contact for all Information based requests in view of technical related matters. To log and resolve requests in the first instance before assigning to 2nd line support groups, where necessary. To record all requests on the Service Desk system, to track and monitor each request through to successful resolution and closure.
  • Non-Technical : The role of Service Desk Analyst is to provide service management activities where validate service entitlement, service level agreements, in-house repair and rework activities, spare parts , equipment stock controls, warranty clam and replacement and part shipments, that leads required logistics support for 2nd level and to process service requests for successful resolution and closure.
