Billing Engineer (Entry level) - IGW Operators Forum

Job Description / Responsibility

CDR pulling, normalization, invoice generation, mediation, parsing, server & database maintenance.
Stored procedure generation.
Query generation based on client’s request.
Dispute management, exchange CDR with carriers.
Maintain rating, pricing, and error processing with carriers logs for duplicity.
Prepare and manage routing optimization tools such as LCR.
Rate sheet process and troubleshooting.
Manage interconnection backup.
Backup and recovery of data.
Administration of various NMS system, implement, monitor, troubleshoot and tuning.
Administration and management of database, backup configuration & recovery process, data storage, data security, data transfer upgrades and implement redundancy & security system.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in CS/ CSE/ ECE/ ETE/EEE from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

1-2 years experience in telecom industry will be preferred for entry level. However, fresh graduates with good aptitudes may also apply.
Certification in MS SQL/ Oracle/ Linux will be considered as added qualification
Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills
