- Sound knowledge about Vehicle Sales business & present market
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
- To forecast, plan and execute sales plan
- Develop and implement sales strategy and sales policy
- Achieve targeted business volume
- Set & achieve target monthly, quarterly, half yearly, & yearly strategic marketing plan
- Well experience in dealing customer
