Job Description / Responsibility
  • Monitoring of network
  • Communicating updates of fault recovery with customers.
  • We are looking for Support Engineer for Dhaka, Narayangonj
  • IP Network Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
  • Provide support like initial site survey, router configuration, cabling, wireless cpe installation, PC hardware and software related installation and troubleshooting etc. to the corporate customers.
  • Follow-up with customers and take update from them regularly to build a friendly professional relationship.
  • Network up gradation and installation planning, designing, monitoring and reporting.

Educational Requirements
    Diploma/ B.Sc in computer Science & Engineering. B.Sc in EEE/ CSE/ Telecommunication/ ETE/ Physics/ Applied Physics/ Mathematics from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    IT System Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    ISP, IT Enabled Service
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 22 to 30 year(s)
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Advanced knowledge in Mikrotik will be an added advantage.
  • Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in Bengali & English
  • Work with team environment and spirit
  • Ability to work in roistering basis.
  • Ready to work even in any national & religious holiday and willingness to work long hours.
  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) on fiber Network or Radio Installation will be preferable.
