Banglalink - Service Assurance & Experience Specialist Engineer, Service Benchmark & Reporting

Job Description / Responsibility

• Adhere scope & strategy by combining input from concern Technology & Commercial stakeholders providing that the number of thanas to be covered per district in each quarter
• Execute the finalized route plan of benchmarking testing tool for country wide extensive voice & data benchmarking campaign against competitors in all districts & national highways for each quarter
• Prepare IT & OTT service benchmark plan by discussing with relevant stakeholder & execute customer interface channels, mobile app, VAS services, CRM ordering, Viber, WhatsApp and skype performance and benchmark testing
• Prepare post process benchmarking raw data files using ASCOM/Other application in order to produce required speech & data KPIs and relevant maps as necessary
• Prepare division wise & national highway's speech & data KPIs report along with maps for coverage, drop/fail calls, RxQual, Interference & EDGE/GPRS coding schemes and submit the report with Line Manager for validation
• Generate report from statistical data as project requirement required by the internal stakeholder to accomplish the targeted task within SLA
• Facilitate team to ensure QoS KPI reporting to BTRC as per their directives
• Execute various report automation, analysis and prepare report with data from various Platforms, region wise dropped/fail call analysis & insight of benchmark outcome, assist in preparing technology performance dashboard reporting
