- As part of the AIBL’s Analytical team reporting to Chief Information Officer/Head of CMIS, this position is responsible for developing, improving and maintaining reporting techniques, systems and data for the bank.

- The position requires exceptional technical skills to work under limited supervision and in a team environment.
- The team member should be able to work effectively with other functional areas, assisting the AIBL’s MIS team in setting and monitoring revenue and sales targets, expense budgets, and KPI`s in line with business strategy.
- The capability to write complicated PL/SQL and an understanding of database concepts is mandatory as is the ability to program using an object oriented language such as Visual Basic or .Net.
- The candidate should also have extensive development expertise with Oracle forms, including stored procedures, database triggers and database packages.
- A willingness to work in a fluid environment with high adaptability to change is a must for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position.
