Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch.
  • Branch’s Business planning and implementation of the business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target.
  • Ensure sound business development and quality portfolio.
  • Ensure customer service, credit quality through regular customer visit and follow review.
  • Proactive monitoring of the financial performance and account conduct of borrowers.
  • To be responsible for the timely preparation and accurate submission of Credit Memorandum for proposals taking into account.
  • Any other job as assigned by the Management as and when required.

Educational Requirements
    The prospective candidates should be M.Com/ MBA/ Masters in any other discipline with equivalent University Degree from any recognized university having no 3rd class in academic record
Experience Requirements
  • At least 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Branch Management, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Analysis, Customer Relation, General Banking, Market Development (Banking), Market Development (Leasing), SME Banking
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks, Leasing
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 40 to 55 year(s)
  • Minimum 12 (twelve) years working experience with at least 8 (eight) years experience as Branch Manager or Sub-Manager of any reputed Financial Institution/Banks.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to promote team work and build strong interpersonal relationship with clients.
  • Must be innovative and dynamic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self motivated and ability to motivate.
  • Must have proven track record.
  • Willingness to work under pressure.
  • Strong managerial, planning, analytical, decision-making, lateral thinking, influencing, interpersonal.
  • Thorough understanding of management techniques as well as the businesses and products.
