Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare and review regulatory and statutory banking returns such as stress-testing, RMP, D-Gap, MCR, ISS and Green Banking.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare investment and risk management related schedules and market disclosures as per guideline.
  • Monitor the middle office functions of the respective Divisions in managing core risks and reporting the same to Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
  • Prepare of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP)
  • Sound in the Automation Project on regulatory reporting and Basel-III Accord.
  • Conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with the different business units.
  • Report to the Board and Senior Management on the selective risk issues which has ultimate effects on profitability onward capital of the Bank.
  • Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business.
  • Provide user training for in-house developed systems.
  • Ensure risk mitigation program is effectively integrated into product development and delivery methodology.
  • Develop, improving and monitoring major and critical risk issues and reporting the same to senior management.
  • Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of process, tools and system to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.

Educational Requirements
    Master degree, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or quantitative related disciplines.

  • Age 30 to 45 year(s)
  • Minimum 4 years banking experience including work experience in related field.
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets and products.
  • Familiar with financial market operations, rules and regulations.
  • Highly developed and proven analytical/quantitative capabilities, good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both Bengali and English written and spoken is essential.
