Job Description / Responsibility
- Administration of loan documentation (including security documents) of clients and providing full support to the Business Unit and CRM Unit.
- Assessing the credit risk and viability of potential and existing clients and establishing their current credit limit.
- Monitoring of loan documentation and transactions.
- Ensure compliance related to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Management of MIS relating to credit portfolio and facilities.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
- MBM/ MBA/ Masters Degree in Finance/ Economics from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar job in any reputable Bank or Financial Institution.
- CRG Analysis.
- Sound knowledge of credit appraisal, financial statement analysis, borrower selection and project evaluation.
- Strong IT orientation with proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
