Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure full awareness of all Bank products and be constantly updated on all changes and amendments on product features, procedures and processes.
- Promote Bank products by providing consistent, accurate and transparent information to customers.
- Achieve sales targets assigned and contribute to the overall achievement of the team’s goals.
- Maximize on cross selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities.
- Follow up and close selling/cross selling lead referrals.
- Pro-actively participate in Bank products campaigns & promotions.
- Illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in day to day conduct consistently.
- Ensure all service levels and agreements are being met consistently without fail.
- Ensure adherence to cut-off times and deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Educate self on existing procedures and products.

Educational Requirements
- MBA/ Masters from any recognized university without having 3rd class/division in any examination.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Retail Banking, SME Banking, Corporate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 year(s)
- Minimum 03 years banking service.
- Capable to provide quality customer service.
- Knowledge on Corporate, Trade and Client Relationship.
- Excellent skills in the assessment of credit risk, spread and analyze the financial statements.
- Sound knowledge in information technology.
- Ability to lead branch team.
- Able to work in any place of the country.
- Proficiency in both Bengali and English, written and spoken, is essential.
