Job Description / Responsibility
- Ability to sale life insurance policy and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
- Pro-actively search, develop and engage into new customer relationships.
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business & relationship.
- Manage existing customers for business retention & references.
- Provide daily performance feedback to Branch Manager.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager; preparing monthly, weekly & daily report.
- Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time as when require.

- Minimum Graduate (B.A/ B.Com/ B.SC/ B.B.A)

- Willing to travel anywhere in Dhaka city & nearest area.
- Willing to work long hours to achieve goal.
- Team player, target achiever and able to work under-pressure.
- Having high social connections and enjoy social work like-sports, cultural activities, volunteer for social work etc.
