  • In this role, you will:
  • Lead a relationship team to develop and manage a quality and profitable corporate customer portfolio
  • Achieve strategic plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Return on Risk Weighted Asset (RoRWA), credit quality etc
  • Coordinate with structured finance resources for CMB collaboration and deal originations from the CMB Chittagong portfolio
  • Intellectually contribute to strategy formulations and implementations to ensure sustainable and risk measured growth in DAK CMB business, improve customer service and turnaround times and outperform competition in the corporate banking space
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts and streamline processes to ensure faster turnaround time to customers, superior service quality and improvement in customer satisfaction
  • Provide one-stop financial services, maximize service efficiency and provide customised services on standardised products and also provide inputs and guide product teams to augment/customise existing product/propositions and device new product/propositions to best meet customer needs
  • Engage with external stakeholders to uphold reputation of the franchise and provide market information to senior management
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

Additional Job Requirements
  • To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banking operations particularly in credit including significant experience in executive capacity
  • Sound knowledge and skills in Trade, Cash Management, Structured Finance, Credit and Lending products, Customer and stakeholder relationship management, Local Market and Regulations etc.
  • Proven people management and leadership capabilities
  • Clear ability to delicately handle and resolve inter/intra departmental issues relating to CMB
  • Attendance to Applied Commercial Lending (ACL) required
