- In this role, you will:
- Lead, manage and motivate the team of the Relationship Manager (RM) support
- Ensure that the credit analysis and credit proposals are conducted in line with the customer requirements by the team members
- Ensure that the team members are managing day to day transactional requirements of the customers
- Liaise and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in a 'joined up' manner for risk management, transactional efficiency and other value adding activities
- Provide/monitor portfolio related Management Information System (MIS) to RM for better management of accounts
- Manage risk and safeguard the Bank from potential loss
- Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators

- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum five years of proven experience in banking operations particularly in commercial banking, credit or risk
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management and policy in the language of business
- Experience in handling a diverse team
- Should have sound knowledge of trade services, treasury, investment banking products, local regulations and exposure to corporate banking industry is crucial
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate credit is essential through exposure in a corporate lending environment
- Attendance to Applied Commercial Lending (ACL) required
