Job Description / Responsibility
  • Assist in coordinating and executing the timely and accurate collection of customers’ accounts, including calling up customers for payment.
  • Manage relationships with customers to ensure that they keep re-paying.
  • Monitor work progress and collection processes, handle and investigate cases for efficient debt recovery.
  • Compile recovery status of Branches and Business Units and prepare management reports.
  • Ensure prompt administration of credit collection policies and procedures.
  • Provide general customer service to all customers, including dealing complaints and compliments.
  • Actively involved with improving the collection process by finding trends in customer behavior.
  • Maintain standard daily/weekly/monthly reporting functions on all loans/customers.

Educational Requirements
    MBA/ Masters/ Graduates from any recognized university without having 3rd class/division in any examination.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Recovery
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 year(s)
  • Minimum 2 years` experience in Credit Control/Credit Collections functions.
  • Sound knowledge in information technology.
  • Proficiency in both Bengali and English, written and spoken, is essential.
