Job Description / Responsibility
- Deal with incoming phone, email, faxes and post.
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the MD to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Organize and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Assist in the plan and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Provide word processing and secretarial support.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Educational Requirements
- Masters in any discipline from recognized Public/ Private University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 year(s)
- Computer skills including the ability to operate presentation, spreadsheet and word-processing programs.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Time management and Decision making skills.
- Must have writing ability of letter, note and drafts in English.
- Effective verbal, listening and writing communications skills both in English and Bengali.
