Job Description / Responsibility
    A private commercial bank in Bangladesh with 100 branches and further expansion with subsidiaries abroad is looking for potential candidates who are confident, highly motivated and energized individuals. Must have the leadership capacity in the development for the continuous evaluation of short term and long term strategic financial activities undertaking proactive research on current and possible future market trends in banking.

Educational Requirements
    Masters preferably in Finance from IBA or any reputed educational institution
Experience Requirements
    At least 18 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • Having minimum 18 years of banking experience.
  • The key competencies of DMDs, SEVPs and EVPs positions are Business Development, Corporate banking, Mid-Market, SMEs, Micro Finance etc. Prospective applicants must have the ability to take ownership and lead in these areas of business to ensure growth and profitability of the bank.
