Job Description / Responsibility
  • Starting Day: Immediately
  • Deal with the customer over the phone.
  • Listen & understand customer’s query clearly.
  • Provide solution to the customers as per company policy.
  • File and maintain records of every dealing issue.
  • Follow-up and measure the solution status.
  • Maintain Customer Data.
  • Maintain Excel Sheet.
  • Keep update own and share with customer.
  • Provide daily reports to concern unit.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation with excellent communication skill in both Bengali & English.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.

  • 0 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Centre Supervision/Management, Customer Support through Phone, Guest Relations/Services

  • Age 18 to 25 year(s)
