Job Description / Responsibility
- Starting Day: Immediately
- Deal with the customer over the phone.
- Listen & understand customer’s query clearly.
- Provide solution to the customers as per company policy.
- File and maintain records of every dealing issue.
- Follow-up and measure the solution status.
- Maintain Customer Data.
- Maintain Excel Sheet.
- Keep update own and share with customer.
- Provide daily reports to concern unit.

- Graduation with excellent communication skill in both Bengali & English.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
