Job Description / Responsibility
  • To handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
  • To provide excellent customer care services.
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests.
  • Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts, explaining new features.
  • Required Agent will have to work at NIGHT SHIFT (As per US time zones, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
  • Excellent conversation skill in English (With proper accent).
  • Experience in technical support process will be given preference.
  • Will have to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Competency in using computer, especially in MS Word and Internet browsing.
  • Maintain call center database by entering information.

    O Level/ A Level/ Fresh Graduate/ BBA/ National University.
