Job Description / Responsibility
- Creating internal customer profiles to provide all departments with detailed customer information when needed.
- Using judgment and knowledge to assist customers in making the most suitable choice for their needs.
- Providing quotations to customers when required.
- Coordinating with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth movement of freight by providing tracking information and shipment updates to customers.
- Talks with customers by phone or through email to build excellent customer relationships in order to provide great customer service.
- Handle any special requests from our customers.
- Send new shipment bookings to customers.
- Validating and confirming all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers and other offices/departments that pertain to the respective accounts.
- Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed.

Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University.

Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online (web/e-mail) Support, Tele Marketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Shipping, Multinational Companies

- Age 25 to 30 year(s)
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Having Sound knowledge in computer office package specially-office packages- MS Excel /MS Word/Internet Browsing
- Good command over spoken and written English-provides clear, concise written/verbal communications appropriate to the clients
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills
