Job Description / Responsibility
  • Creating internal customer profiles to provide all departments with detailed customer information when needed.
  • Using judgment and knowledge to assist customers in making the most suitable choice for their needs.
  • Providing quotations to customers when required.
  • Coordinating with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth movement of freight by providing tracking information and shipment updates to customers.
  • Talks with customers by phone or through email to build excellent customer relationships in order to provide great customer service.
  • Handle any special requests from our customers.
  • Send new shipment bookings to customers.
  • Validating and confirming all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers and other offices/departments that pertain to the respective accounts.
  • Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed.

Educational Requirements
    Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online (web/e-mail) Support, Tele Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Airline, Shipping, Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 year(s)
  • Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Having Sound knowledge in computer office package specially-office packages- MS Excel /MS Word/Internet Browsing
  • Good command over spoken and written English-provides clear, concise written/verbal communications appropriate to the clients
  • Excellent reporting & presentation skills
