Job Description / Responsibility
  • To work on Raw Materials sourcing, negotiating, maintain optimum level of RM and F.G Stocks, Distribution management.
  • Ensure physical stock of Raw material and finished product holding within plan.
  • To work on Production Planning.
  • Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.
  • Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.
  • Communicating needs & objectives to managers & key personnel in procurement, logistics & distribution.
  • Issue procurement guide line for the company in the form of Purchase Policy, Purchase Manual, any required directives and corrective action for material planning and procurement systems.
  • Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
  • Accurately calculating total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects.
  • Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.
  • Planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution.

Educational Requirements
  • MBA Major in Supply Chain Management and Practical Experience in Commercial Dept.
  • Masters in Management or any other Commerce background
Experience Requirements
  • At least 8 year(s)

    Commercial, Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Chemical Industries, Group of Companies, Paint
