Job Description / Responsibility
  • Receive complain ticket and solve request.
  • Time to time communicate with customer and attend meeting with customer as require
  • Provide onsite / offsite technical support to the customers.
  • Understand customers technical requirements & network problems.
  • Network monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Attain 24x7 duty roster (morning, evening, night).

Educational Requirements
    B.Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Support
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    ISP
Additional Job Requirements
  • Working experience as a same position in any ISP company is preferable.
  • Work in night shift on a roster basis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills both in Bengali & English.
