Job Description / Responsibility
- Receive complain ticket and solve request.
- Time to time communicate with customer and attend meeting with customer as require
- Provide onsite / offsite technical support to the customers.
- Understand customers technical requirements & network problems.
- Network monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting.
- Attain 24x7 duty roster (morning, evening, night).

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Additional Job Requirements
- Working experience as a same position in any ISP company is preferable.
- Work in night shift on a roster basis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both in Bengali & English.
