Job Description / Responsibility
  • The position involves hands-on production work, translating design concepts into HTML/XHTML and Flash, localize rich online deliverables in different languages, integration of server-side tags and content acquisition
  • Carryout different digital projects simultaneously and should be able to release product within the time limit
  • Quality assurance for graphics, HTML code (both in projects and productions) – especially with respect to browser compatibility
  • Sound understanding of motion/animation techniques as well as programmatic motion like tweening engines, easing etc.
  • Must be familiar with ad serving tools like DoubleClick, Mediamind, MOJO, CBSi
  • Strong understanding of design principles, user-interface and user-experience
  • Practical experience with design optimization for various bandwidth and platforms
  • Document and improve processes to enhance team efficiency, assist personal development and build organizational capability in core tools / methods
  • Review work from supporting team members to ensure quality execution
  • Study and apply latest technology and design trends; suggest approaches to improve project and team outcomes
  • Track, monitor and report on all productions

Additional Job Requirements
  • 4 years of consumer-facing web development experience with a strong portfolio
  • Solid understanding of design principles, user-interface and user-experience
  • Expert knowledge in HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Javascript, jQueryUI and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert knowledge in server side scripting(PHP/ASP.net) and database(MySQL/MsSQL) and have experience in designing and developing database driven application/website (i.e.: CMS, e-commerce, business automation application etc.).
  • Must be familiar with Facebook application design, development and deployment.
  • Experience in mobile app development (Android, Iphone, PhoneGap) is an advantage.
  • Experience in Flash CS 5/5.5, Action Script 2/3, and Adobe Flash Builder is an advantage.
  • Understanding of how to optimize workflow through efficient process and use of technology
  • Resourceful, with excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and enhance existing technical skill set
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Must be able to work in night shift
